John Mason is a lifelong resident of Virginia. He is happily
married with two daughters. When not helping businesses
with their employee benefits he enjoys spending time with
his family as well as exercising and
playing golf.

John has been in the insurance industry for over 19 years.  He began
his career as a “captive agent” for a leading HMO carrier in the
Mid-Atlantic region. He was the Top Producer on a consistent basis
and eventually was promoted into
management.

After successfully building an established list of clients, John
decided that his clients would be
better served if he could offer them
a choice of insurance carriers.

This led to the creation of The Fairfax Insurance Group, LLC.
Since 1995 John has been representing virtually every insurance
carrier
in the area. This has enabled his agency to find their clients
the best coverage available at the best possible price.

After custom tailoring a plan for each client John and his team
will conduct an employee enrollment meeting. During the meeting
John
will explain the new benefits and answer any questions
the employees may have. Then ANY questions, problems or
concerns the employees
have throughout the year will be
directly handled by John and his team.

With almost twenty years of experience in the industry, John knows exactly
who to contact at each insurance company so that each problem is resolved quickly and correctly.

With Health Insurance premiums soaring out of control and all the new Health Reform laws
along with the various High-Deductible HSA/HRA plans that are available you truly need an expert
to guide you through this ever increasing maze of confusion.

This is where an expert with industry experience who does exhaustive research on all the new changes
that are upon us is truly invaluable.  John has dedicated himself to keep his client’s completely up to date
with all the new changes while successfully obtaining the best coverage available at the lowest possible premium.
