The National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) is dedicated to the advancement of those in the health insurance industry through information, education and leadership. The National Committee for Quality Assurance is the premier source for information about the quality of the nation’s managed care plans. NCQA is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to evaluate and report on the quality of the nation’s managed care organizations. Learn more about NCQA.

HealthPass – HealthPass offers health insurance choices tailored specifically to employees of small companies with 2 to 50 full-time employees. The small business determines what it can afford to pay for healthcare benefits. AAHP – The American Association of Health Plans (AAHP), represents more than 1,000 HMOs, PPOs and other network-based plans. AAHP’s member companies are dedicated to a philosophy of health care that puts the patient-first; together they care for close to 140 million Americans nationwide.

American Council of Life Insurers – The ACLI is a trade association representing legal reserve life insurance companies conducting business in the United States. National Association of Independent Insurers – The National Association of Independent Insurers (NAII) is the nation’s largest full-service property-casualty trade association with more than 650 members in the United States.

National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies – NAMIC is a national trade association of property and casualty insurance companies. Includes a consumer information links, online message board, live chat, state legislature and insurance department links.

Reinsurance Association of America – The Reinsurance Association of America is a non-profit trade association of reinsurers and reinsurance brokers. Established in 1968, the association is headquartered in Washington, D.C.

National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors – The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), formerly The National Association of Life Underwriters (NALU), is a 110-year old national nonprofit association representing almost 100,000 licensed life, health and property/casualty insurance agents through its federation of 900+ member state and local associations located throughout the United States.National Association of Insurance Women – The National Association of Insurance Women (International) serves its members by providing professional education, an environment in which to build business alliances and the opportunity to make connections with people of differing career paths and levels of experience in the insurance industry.

National Association of Insurance Commissioners – The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) is the organization of insurance regulators from the 50 states, the District of Columbia and the four U.S. territories. NAIC provides a forum for the development of uniform policy.
