Vision Insurance is a low cost benefit that has become increasingly popular in today’s marketplace.
With approximately one third of all employees either wearing glasses or contacts this is one of the most widely utilized benefits.
The employees would either see a participating doctor or a Non-Network doctor. Typically, there would be a small copay if they see a participating provider and a limited benefit for Non-Network providers.
